During 27-29 June 2014 SVH observed its annual observance of Helen Keller Deaf Blind Awareness Day in an innovative manner. Earlier our recordist-volunteer Mrs Manjula Upadhyay, wife of Major General Santosh Upadhyay, posted at Panagarh Army Cantonment, has been helping us with valuable services when her husband was stationed in Salt Lake, Kolkata since 2005.
